Peculiarities of QM information and resources for Quantum Communication and Cryptography. Randomness and complementarity. The BB84 protocol. Born Rule and self-interference. Interaction-free measurements: Elitzur-Vaidman bomb tester. Entanglement vs. local realism. The E91 protocol. Principles of Quantum Teleportation. Note: the course does not cover Quantum Computing.
