The course aims to provide the juridical knowledge that is essential for understanding and overcoming the challenges posed by the climate, environmental and energy crisis. In this perspective, current and problematic phenomena such as the ecological transition, climate change, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and the safeguarding of water resources will be analyzed according to an interdisciplinary methodology in which constitutional law, administrative law, international law and European Union law are considered as a whole.
