The aim of the course is to provide the PhD students with some notions related to animal nutrition science (comparative aspects) and its role in defining quality and safety of food of animal origin. Major safety and R&D issues like mycotoxins, novel feeds and alternative feed ingredients (GMO, insects) evaluation will be also offered.
