This course proposes an analysis of two influential philosophers: Plato and its predecessor Anassagora. It will concentrate specifically on their different metaphysical conceptions of objects and their properties; and it will introduce a new interpretative perspective on the two philosophers, showing how Plato was influenced by Anassagora.
