Learning objectives
The course aims to enable students to achieve: - a thorough knowledge of the origin, sources, structure and functioning of the occupational health and safety prevention system in Italy and Europe; - the ability to critically address the issues and solve the legal questions required for the purpose of assuming tasks of a technical-legal nature related to the performance of business and professional activities and the implementation of the provisions of d. lgs. n. 81/2008; - full mastery of the technical language related to the subject; - the ability to connect the various topics and apply the knowledge acquired to the different subjects.The ability to link the various topics and apply the knowledge acquired in interpreting the sources of legislative and contractual regulations in force with method and autonomy of assessment.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student who has successfully mastered the subject will have an in-depth knowledge of the aims, contexts, issues and possible consequences of international, european and national law policies in the field of workers' health and safety with the acquisition of a method of reasoning suitable for dealing with complex legal issues.
