Learning objectives
- Knowledge and ability to understand.
The student must demonstrate basic knowledge of the institutions of social security law.
- Applicative skills.
The student must demonstrate the ability to apply the notions learned to concrete contexts and specific cases concerning social security law, also with a view to taking the state examination for qualification as a certified public accountant.
- Autonomy of judgment.
The student must demonstrate the ability to take argued, up-to-date and legally tenable positions with reference to the issues covered by the course.
- Ability in communication.
The student must demonstrate the ability to express the notions acquired with argumentative coherence, systematic rigor and ownership of language.

The student must demonstrate the ability to reconstruct the historical and evolutionary contours of modern social security, applying the relevant legal framework.

Expected learning outcomes
The student, for the purpose of successfully passing the examination, must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the characteristic features of social security law, highlighting new trends and evolutionary profiles of the subject. On the basis of this knowledge, students are required to take reasoned opinions with respect to the application of general principles to concrete cases, also with a view to taking the state examination for qualification as a certified public accountant.
