Learning objectives
The objectives of the course are to provide technological knowledges on horticultural crops cultivation in greenhouse or indoor environments using conventional and advanced hydroponic systems. Environmental greenhouse control and crop eco-physiology under optimal and sub-optimal conditions will be provided.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will acquire skills on mineral nutrition management, nutrient solution formulation and management in open and closed hydroponic systems. Greenhouse internal climate control and crop management.
