Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge of the key institutions in the field, covering both trade union law and employment law. Additionally, the course offers an in-depth exploration of selected topics deemed essential in this area, particularly due to their differentiation from private sector employment, through seminar-based focus sessions.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students are expected to demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate the basic principles of labour law and trade union law addressed during the programme. Furthermore, students will be required to engage with the subject matter critically, exercise independent judgement, use appropriate technical language, and demonstrate sound argumentative skills.
