Learning objectives
Acquire knowledge of the evolution of evidence-based practice
- Acquire the methodological ability to formulate a research question from a clinical care problem by conducting a literature search, critically assessing the quality of sources
Critically analysing strategies for the implementation of evidence based practice
To critically analyse and evaluate the validity and applicability of impact guidelines on nursing and midwifery care and the transfer of such guidelines into practice
Acquire knowledge and skills to design and implement clinical research studies in the professional field involving the collection and processing of clinical data
Apply knowledge of computer operating systems for data management;

The student will use the statistical descriptive and inferential methods in order to analyse the community care needs The student will use the computer operating system to manage data set
