The course aims to provide the analytical tools to achieve an in-depth knowledge of the evolution of Russian literature of the second half of the 20th century in its relation to the languages of figurative arts and cinema. The course aims to reflect on the influence between literary text and iconographic and filmic text in both official and underground literature during the Soviet era. At the same time, it is intended to observe the interaction between literature and film in the post-Soviet context, identifying the specificities of the different expressive languages of novelists and filmmakers as well as common thematic, aesthetic and poetic tendencies.
