Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge about the Life Cycle Assessment approach and about its application to evaluate the environmental impact of processes, products and services.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will be trained to: (i) critically discuss a LCA report, (i) design a LCA study about agro-food processes and products, (iii) interpretate the outcomes of a LCA study, (iv) identify mitigation solutions.
