Learning objectives
This course will provide basic principles of administrative law (organization and administrative activities). During the course will be analyzed the role of the administrative courts in the protection of citizen's rights. Particular attention will be devoted to the areas of transparency and anticorruption.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding of the concepts and principles of Administrative law and case law. Advanced capacity to apply legal reasoning and provide appropriate responses to hypothetical administrative law problems. Good skills in written communication in the contest of administrative law.
