Learning objectives
The course is aimed at studying laws and disciplines about state, institutions and public activity organization in relationship to citizens. In particular, the course will try to highlight the legal aspects of physical activity, with all the problems related to the relationship between sport and state regulation, in terms of organization and sport-related justice.
The course will also involve all the economical and organizational aspects functional to professional activities in sport environments, such as sport clubs, sport facilities, fitness centres, and sport events organization.

Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will achieve skills and tools to recognize legal aspects in sport from theory to field practice. Students will also achieve specific skills and tools to manage economical and organizational aspects of working activities at clubs, gyms, fitness centers, and will be able to organize and manage sport events.
