Learning objectives
During this lab, the students will acquire basic knowhow of nutritional epidmeiology, including epidemiological study designs, dietary assessment tools, statistical methods for the identification of dietary patterns and for the assessment of the relationship between dietary exposures in general and health/disease oucomes.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of this course, students will learn how to conjugate statistical methods and soft skills, in order to menage the inherent complexity of diet as a mutidimensional exposure and its relationship with health/disease oucomes.
