Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge, conceptual frameworks and data sources useful for an economic analysis of strengths and weaknesses of food security and rural development in developing countries.
Expected learning outcomes
The acquired skills will enable the student to analyze rural areas and food product markets in developing countries, identifying the most effective actions to enhance their efficiency.
