Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with an understanding of the film production processes, through the analysis of economic rules, political context and laws. The course aims to develop the ability to interpret the film not only as an object of an aesthetic type, but also as an industrial product subject to market rules and therefore to be evaluated about the basic components of production, distribution and exhibition.
Expected learning outcomes
Ability to analyze the economic forms that rules the production of a film. Ability to know and distinguish the different markets and the related economic and political contexts. Ability to critically analyze the relationships between the various components responsible for the production and circulation of a film.
