A.Y. 2025/2026
Learning objectives

The second part of the course will be devoted to the discussion of specific topics with specific relevance in the perspective of how Public Administration can play a central role in enhancing equitable and sustainable development goals in the context of the Europe Union (and even beyond).
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student who has successfully learned the subject will have a thorough knowledge of the topics of the course, and will have acquired a method of reasoning suitable for dealing even with more specific and complex legal issues than those related to the basic, "institutional" ones.
