The course aims to provide students with a theoretical and methodological foundation to understand the nature of decision-making processes within groups, with particular reference to the healthcare

Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will:
- have acquired basic knowledge about the formation and functioning of social groups.
- have developed analytical and interpretive skills related to cognitive, communicative, and social dynamics that can influence interactions within groups.
- be able to apply key psychological theories to describe the complex relationship between decision-making processes, productivity, and group well-being.
- be capable of communicating information, ideas, problems, and solutions related to decision-making processes within groups, using specialized disciplinary language."
