Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with:
- a good knowledge of the basic principles of civil execution and insolvency law, also in connection with the underlying institutions and principles of private law, commercial law and civil procedural law;
- a literal as well as systematic understanding of legislative texts;
- the ability to coherently present the topics studied using an appropriate language;
- the ability to reason on interpretative issues and apply theoretical notions to real-life cases.

Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students are expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the topics and methodologies pertaining to civil execution and insolvency law, to be able to directly apply this subject-specific knowledge in their future work.
