Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the principles of automation and the evolution towards artificial intelligence to support the food industry.
The lessons will allow the student to learn the principles of automation, artificial intelligence, robotics through theoretical bases and analysis of case studies taken from applications in the agri-food sector.
The course represents an in-depth study of various topics that are mentioned in other courses, constituting the topics covered as the basis for the development of production and laboratory technologies.
