Learning objectives
The course will provide theoretical and practical knowledge in the promotion and conduct of physical exercise in adults and the elderly in good and in ill health.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will acquire knowledge and work methodologies specific for the organization and management of physical activity for improving health in adults and the elderly. Topics include diverse forms of exercise, volume and intensity appropriate for age and good or ill health, as well as exercise for specific disorders.
