Learning objectives
The course aims to increase the knowledge of the evidentiary dynamics in the criminal process in the light of the probative procedure in its different stages and the different procedural models. The relationship between the preliminary phase and the debate is a necessary foundation for understanding the accusatory system.
Expected learning outcomes
Ability to apply evidence discipline to concrete cases. Critical judgement on the application of the test evaluation criteria. Ability to apply the rules of evidence in the light of European and supranational sources and the jurisprudence of the Higher Courts.
