This hands-on lab explores the intersection of AI and Human Resources, guiding students through the development of AI-driven tools for recruitment, candidate evaluation, and career planning. The course begins with an introduction to the recruitment landscape and a Student Compass session, offering insights into career paths after a bachelor's degree. Through three structured use cases, participants will gain practical experience in prompt engineering, semantic search, and machine learning. They will build AI-powered solutions to detect discrimination in job ads, match candidates with job opportunities, and design career growth paths based on skills and objectives. Additionally, dedicated Data Science modules will provide essential knowledge on data visualization and real-world HR applications. By the end of the lab, students will have developed a solid understanding of AI's role in HR and will be equipped with valuable technical and analytical skills for the job market.
