Learning objectives
The aim is to communicate, in a clear and complete manner, some detailed information on the principles, techniques and instruments of Euro-project-cycle-management as well as the skills needed to work in the area of project management, through practical exercises, interactive workshops, debates and simulations.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the students will be able to fully understand the life cycle management of a project co-funded by the European Commission. They will also be knowledgeable of several techniques and will be familiar with a number of practical instruments for the successful draft of project proposals, the management of a project, its monitoring and evaluation, and finally its reporting back to the donor.
