Private Law for Management

The aim of the course is - through the institutional and systematic study of Italian private law, as regulated in the Civil Code and in the most important special laws complementary to it - to provide students with the knowledge of private law fundamental institutes, with the appropriate methodological approach - through which it is possible to address any civil law problem - and with the structure of the Civil Code.

At the end of the course the student will be able to recognize the fundamental private law institutes and the structure of the Civil Code. He/she will be able to apply the methodological approach through which any civil law problem is faced.
