Learning objectives
· The student received the training proposal (of an organizational, managerial or training type) must necessarily take into account, in addition to his own professional area, also and above all a different area of his choice.
· After receiving the approval of the Degree Course CDI on the formulated proposal, the student must, within the proposal, analyze the organization and formulate corrections both in the daily, weekly and / or annual organization;
· The student must therefore highlight, in a critical manner, the organizational conditions both favorable and unfavorable, present in the reality of the internship so as to be able to achieve the set objectives;
· The student will have to plan and define the phases for achieving the predetermined objective;
· As part of the planning carried out, the student must specify, in detail, the method, the tools, the time, the indicators, and the evaluation criteria for achieving the predetermined objective;
· The student will present, at the end of the internship and in any case within the deadlines communicated by the Degree Course CDI, a paper (report) that describes the phases of the predetermined project and that the same may put the internship examination committee in the conditions of being able to evaluate the consistency of the activity carried out.

Expected learning outcomes
· the student must know how to use all the audiovisual systems for the presentation of research works;
· the student must demonstrate that he / she has learned the organizational, managerial and planning dynamics for the various operating units referred to the 3rd class;
· the student must be able to put into practice all the dynamics inherent in the assignment of personnel of the reference class;
· the student must be able to put into practice what he / she has learned in the context of the internship both in low-medium structures and in high organizational complexity.

Prerequisites for admission
No preliminary knowledgement is required except for passing all of the exams in the study plan.
Teaching methods
· Once the formative offer (organizational, managerial or formative) is received by the student, he/she has necessarily to consider in addition to his/her professional field also and in particular e a different field by his/her choice;

Assessment methods and Criteria
· At the end of every course an evaluation of the residency will be done and expressed out of thirty, this assessment has to indicate the level of competence progressively reached. This assessment is made by a Commission composed of the Coordinatore delle Attività of the internship, the Presidente of corso di laurea magistrale and one or more teachers of the corso di laurea magistrale.
· The student will present, at the end of the fellowship by the terms established by the CDI of the Corso di laurea, an essay that will describe the steps of the project and that could be used by the exam commission to evaluate the accuracy of the activity.
· The exam consist in the description of the project and the eventual debate will be about the contentment of the essay presented in accordance with the predetermined rules.
· The final evaluation will be expressed out of thirty.
· The student will present, at the end of the fellowship by the terms established by the CDI of the Corso di laurea, an essay that will describe the steps of the project and that could be used by the exam commission to evaluate the accuracy of the activity.
