For the analysis and resolution of each case, some minimum criteria are identified by the Examination Commission. The cases contain the essential elements for their classification and to be able to answer the questions posed.
The practical test, which can obtain an evaluation of up to 11 points, takes place before the dissertation of the paper on the same day. At the end of the practical test, the student is notified of obtaining the qualification to practice the profession and admission to the presentation and dissertation of the thesis.
The types of theses envisaged are:
a) compilation thesis, which provides that the topic is developed in an original way starting from knowledge documented through a bibliographic research at national and international level
b) experimental thesis, which can develop in the context of ongoing research in which the student can take part in phases to be agreed with the supervisor and co-supervisor or by carrying out a research project prepared for the purposes of the thesis.
The dissertation includes the intervention of the supervisor and the thesis co-supervisor, who, together with the Commission, will present the candidate with in-depth questions. The Examination Commission, also according to the Supervisor's proposal, will evaluate the paper and its presentation, assigning up to a maximum of 10 points.
At the end of the thesis session there is the communication of the final grade and the proclamation.
