Drug Discovery and Industrial Medicinal Chemistry

The lectures of Drug discovery and Industrial medicinal chemistry are aimed at providing the student with advanced knowledge of the synthetic, analytical and computational practices in the discovery, development and industrial production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to understand the main theoretical and technical aspects of the drug discovery process, from the target validation to the lead optimization, as well as the guidelines for the manufacturing development of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
