The Evidence law in Civil procedure: artt. 2697 e ss. Civil Code, artt. 191 e ss. Code of Civil Procedure.
Prerequisites for admission
Civil procedure law basics.

Assessment methods and Criteria
Students must take at least 70% of the classes (seven out of ten classes).
