Learning objectives
The course aims to delve into market regulation from the perspective of safeguarding the freedom to compete on one hand and, but also the protection against unfair competition practices on the other hand. The corse provides specific knowledge on anti-trust regulation, protection against unfair competition, and advertising law.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will acquire the specific jeargon of competition law. They will also learn to evaluate the proper functioning of the markets from the perspective of competition law as well as the intervention snecessary to remove possible causes that hinder such a proper functioning.
