Learning objectives
The goal of the course is to focus on the basic rules concerning business activities. More specifically, the aim is to enable students to understand the legal concept of entrepreneurial activity and the main differences among the various types of companies.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course a student will have acquired the appropriate terminology and will have learned the main rules and statutes regarding business activities. He will be able to identify which type of company choose according to effective needs and to sort through different statutes.
