Learning objectives
The course aims to teach: (a) the fundamentals and applications of the most common techniques of instrumental chemical analysis; (b) analytical procedures suitable for various classes of artistic and archaeological materials; (c) basic information about advanced techniques currently applied in the investigation of cultural heritage materials.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the students will be able to solve analytical problems of intermediate difficulty, especially regarding cultural heritage materials, developing an analytical procedure and interpreting the resulting experimental data.
