Learning objectives
Gli obiettivi dell'insegnamento di Legislazione Zootecnica mira alla conoscenza delle disposizioni normative in materia di tracciabilità degli alimenti di origine animale, e la conoscenza dei principi normativi in materia di applicazione delle corrette prassi igieniche e /o di HACCP nelle produzioni alimentari.
Il programma prevede lo studio della vigilanza veterinaria permanente e l'analisi dei provvedimenti e delle finalità principali del Regolamento di Polizia Veterinaria, della depenalizzazione, degli organi della magistratura e dei principi dell'ordinamento giuridico italiano ed europeo, nonché dei reati in campo alimentare.

Prerequisites for admission
Basic knowledge of biology, biochemistry, and anatomy of domestic animals.

The course will be based on classroom lessons, paralleled by laboratory and scomputer simulation practical lessons
